After just nine months, the merger of two southern California agencies into Kresser Stein Robaire may be falling apart. The departures of two principals, Jean Robaire and John Stein, plus several employees were announced last week. The agency, with billings estimated at $80 million to $90 million, recently lost the $10 million Albertson's supermarkets account. Sandi Jones will become the interim executive creative director. Chairman Robert Kresser said he was holding discussions with several potential replacements for Messrs. Robaire and Stein.
