Latin CEO, a new business and lifestyle title, will launch in November. The magazine from Americas Publishing Group, Miami, will target heads of business, industry and government in Latin America. Latin CEO, with a pressrun of 60,000 copies, will be circulated throughout Latin America and major U.S. Hispanic markets. A color page is $9,465.

JSA en Espanol, Los Angeles, will debut in November InternetMercado Magazine, a bilingual title focusing on connectivity and e-commerce in the U.S. Hispanic community. The magazine will be distributed to 500,000 upper-income Hispanic households. A color page is $30,000.

Carolina Guevara Lightcap to VP-sales and marketing, Sky Multi-Country Partners, Miami, a direct-to-home satellite TV provider, from executive director of marketing, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Latin America. Ms. Lightcap will be responsible for developing and coordinating commercial and promotional plans for the Sky service throughout Latin America, except for Brazil and Mexico. She succeeds Miro Copic, who left.
