LEC launches E-stakes promotion

Integrated advertising and new media company LEC Ltd. launched E-stakes, a sweepstakes promotional concept to help marketers increase in-store sales and track consumers via the Internet. The concept uses personal ID numbers on package-goods products to direct consumers to a Web site to see if they've won a prize. Once logged on, the user gets coupons, discounts and special offers.
