"Changes in the tech sector have caused us to accelerate our plans to bring our very best people with business-to-business experience together with our business-to-consumer experts," Brad Brinegar, Burnett's USA chairman and CEO, said in a statement. "This will provide a holistic and compelling service offering to current and prospective technology clients."
