Media Metrix to launch in Europe

Web audience measurement service Media Metrix plans to launch Media Metrix Europe, in partnership with German research company GfK AG, and research company Ipsos SA, France. The new service will measure Internet audiences in all major European markets. Audience data collection is expected to begin in Germany, the U.K. and France in the third quarter and in additional European countries as demand builds.
