Medicare HMO debuts ads

PacifiCare's Secure Horizons, Santa Ana, Calif., the nation's largest Medicare HMO, April 19, begins a TV, radio and print campaign targeting seniors with nostalgic images of life and values from when they were children in the late 1930s. This is the first PacifiCare work from DavisElen, Los Angeles, which won the estimated $4 million to $5 million account last summer. Ads start in California and will move into eight other states in coming months.
