Online loyalty program operator announced its acquisition of Alliance Development Group, a Boston-based company that manages loyalty programs for co-branded credit cards and supermarket retailers. The acquisition, valued at $16.2 million according to a U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission prospectus, is part of MyPoint's strategy to offer online and offline products and services for loyalty programs.
