Naviant acquires database marketer

Naviant, an outsourcer of online computer and technology registrations, is acquiring Impco Enterprises, commonly known as the Strategic Database Group, from Webcraft, subsidiary of Big Flower Press. The acquisition of this database marketing company will enhance Naviant's analytical capabilities to deliver more precise marketing programs for both online and offline companies. Using Strategic Database Group's capabilities, Naviant will be able to provide increased specificity in defining target groups such as new movers, pet owners, auto buyers and frequent travelers.
