NBC Interactive Neighborhood and ad network 24/7 announced a three-year agreement to create a nationwide ad sales force focused on the convergence of TV and the Internet on the local level. The venture will create multimedia sponsorship programs for major-market local advertisers, using NBC's on-air promotions and 24/7's online advertising capabilities.
