Frodyma makes alliance

with general shop BDS

Frodyma On-Site, Anaheim, Calif., a Hispanic events marketing and promotion agency, has formed an exclusive strategic alliance with general marketing services agency BDS Marketing, Irvine, Calif.

The shops will integrate their field marketing operations, sharing resources for clients including McIlhenny Co., marketer of Tabasco, and Feld Entertainment, marketer of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Siegfried & Roy and Walt Disney on Ice.

Paddock purchases

Reflejos Publications has been acquired by Paddock Publications, publisher of the Daily Herald, a Chicago-area English-language newspaper.

Daily Herald Publisher Daniel Baumann said the company will leverage the strength of the Daily Herald in the suburbs with Reflejos' influence in the Latino market.

Jerry Campagna continues as president of the new Paddock subsidiary. The free monthly, which claims 28,000 in circulation, is distributed on newsstands and in news boxes.


BMW of North America picked Washington Daniel Advertising, Chicago, as its agency of record for diversity advertising.
