Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. is still riding high on the wave created by blockbuster movie "Titanic" as well as strong ratings for Fox Television's "King of the Hill" and "The X-Files."

On the advertising front, the company last month formed a new division, News Corp. One, to work with advertisers to create customized, integrated media and marketing opportunities across all of Mr. Murdoch's properties. Kayne Lanahan was named senior VP-division head of News Corp One.
