Internet e-tailer is participating in Visa USA's promotion of the holiday movie release of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," with a co-branded sweepstakes aimed at shoppers who make their purchases using Visa credit cards. Those who do will be automatically entered to win the total dollar amount purchased on their Visa card at from November through December. The sweepstakes is being supported by online promotional efforts at, customer communication and prospect e-mails.

Razorfish, New York, has struck a partnership with Deutsche Bank, a leading financial services provider, to provide strategic business-to-business solutions for online marketplaces.
