Internet direct marketing agency i-traffic, New York, has selected AdKnowledge as its ad serving partner. i-traffic's clients include, Buena Vista Internet Group, Eddie Bauer, Internet Shopping Network and others.

Modem Media.Poppe Tyson, Westport, Conn., in a federal filing offered additional details regarding its initial public offering. The interactive agency will offer 2.6 million shares of Class A common stock, priced at $11 to $13 each. The shares will trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol, MMPT.

M&M Mars, Hackettstown, N.J., has unveiled its redesigned Web site, the M&M's Network. Formerly M&M's Studios, the site, created by Interactive8, New York, now offers consumers access to seven different online channels of branded entertainment content, including online shopping for M&M's merchandise and games for kids. The expanded site launches simultaneously with the launch of M&M's Crispy Chocolate Candies. A television advertising campaign announcing the new product debuted during the Super Bowl.

New York-based Rare Medium Group has successfully completed a $20.5 million recapitalization of its capital structure through transactions that resulted in an infusion of about $8 million in capital and a $12.5 million reduction in secured debt. The recapitalization gives the company the capital resources needed to further fund its strategic growth plans, said Glenn S. Meyers, chairman-CEO-president of the interactive agency.

Free e-mail service provider iName, New York, changed its name to to better reflect its services.
