Online advertising network Adsmart, Andover, Mass., a subsidiary of CMGI, named Barbara Kaczynski chief financial officer. Ms. Kaczynski formerly served as VP-finance and controller for Time Inc. In her new role, she will head the company's financial growth, handling relationships with investment bankers and financial analysts.
Online and TV-based women's network Oxygen Media has named new senior executives. Susan Kolar, formerly executive director at Citigroup, was named senior VP-finance. Abe Hsuan, previously an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, was named senior VP-legal and business affairs. Barbara Shulman also will be senior VP-legal and business affairs. Ms. Shulman formerly served as senior VP-business affairs and general counsel for Classic Sports Network. Tatia Williams joins Oxygen as VP-legal affairs from the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she served as senior advisor to the assistant secretary at the National Telecommunications & Information Administration. Kate Moody, formerly a consultant for Liz Claiborne Inc., was named VP-human resources.
