Tommy Hilfiger USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tommy Hilfiger Corp., named Peter Connolly president of, an interactive marketing site. Until a replacement has been named, Mr. Connolly will continue in his current role as president of global marketing. He will be based in New York. Network, Los Angeles, to Dailey & Associates, West Hollywood, Calif., as first agency for the online mental health site. The site plans to spend $5 million on the launch, with a budget growing to $20 million.
