Nike taps new U.S. marketing chief

Nike, Beaverton, Ore., named Mike Wilskey to be VP-U.S. marketing, succeeding Bob Wood, named president, Nike Golf, a new stand-alone unit. Mr. Wilskey was VP-global marketing; that post will not be filled. Mr. Wood, 44, and Mr. Wilskey, 41, report to Andy Mooney, VP-global brand management. Also, Nike promoted Kevin Wulff to president-general manager, Nike U.S., from VP-general manager of Nike's Americas region. Succeeding Mr. Wulff is Fritz van Paasschen, Nike VP-strategic planning.
