Norrell starts print campaign

Norrell Corp., Atlanta, launches its "strategic workforce management" business with a print campaign breaking Aug. 17 in Forbes, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, Human Resource Executive and regional editions of The Wall Street Journal. The ads, from Fitzgerald & Co., Atlanta, ask: "Downsizing was a great way to look good in print. Now how do you keep looking good while you're upsizing?" Spending was not disclosed.
