Robert W. Stafford, 87, former head of the agency that evolved into Bozell's Minneapolis office, died from pneumonia Nov. 27. Mr. Stafford was chairman of Knox Reeves when he retired in 1969; Knox Reeves was acquired by Bozell & Jacobs in 1975. For much of his time at Knox Reeves, Mr. Stafford was the primary account person on the agency's General Mills business.
