OgilvyOne buys Cybersoft in Singapore

LONDON-- OgilvyOne Worldwide, a worldwide direct and interactive marketing network owned by WPP Group, has acquired a 60% stake in Cybersoft, a full-service interactive agency in Singapore.

Founded in 1995 with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, Cybersoft's staff in Singapore will relocate to OgilvyOne and work on accounts such as IBM Corp., Unilever and Yahoo!. Earlier this year, OgilvyOne acquired an interest in Sydney-based Webcom. OgilvyOne's other interactive "hubs" in Asiaare in Beijing, Tokyo, Bangalore and Hong Kong.
