Omnicom to buy Direct Partners

Omnicom agreed to acquire Direct Partners, a Santa Monica-based direct marketing agency, Advertising Age has learned. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The 5-year-old agency, with estimated revenues of $35 million to $40 million, has a client list including DirecTV, Earthlink Sprint,, Microsoft Corp., Sony Corp. of America and Universal Studios.
