Linus Karlsson: Salem, Sweden & Paul Malmstrom: Alta, Sweden. Joined Paradiset DDB in Stockholm in 1990. Created ads and won awards for Diesel; came to America and to Fallon/Minneapolis in 1996. Led Miller Lite creative and changed the way Americans view TV commercials - and beavers. Broke ground for MTV, Lee Jeans, EDS, moved to Fallon/New York in '92 and continued with work on Virgin Mobile, Brawny and other projects. Among the most lauded and talked about creatives in the U.S., the team has more Cannes Lions (including a Grand Prix) "than they can carry in their backpacks."

Rob DeFlorio: Dix Hills, New york. Began his career on the agency side at The Marschalk Co. (now part of Lowe), followed by account-side stints at Chiat/Day/New York and McCaffrey & McCall. Moved to Portland and Nike in 1991, acting as divisional ad director. Became European ad director, based in the Netherlands, in 1995, returning to U.S. as global ad director in 1999, capping off the Nike years with a Cannes Grand Prix win for "Tag" last year.

Andrew Deitchman, Emerson, New Jersey. Has worked strategic planning, business development and integrated marketing at agencies including Saatchi (was a senior VP at the agency at age 26), McCann and Euro RSCG. Ran the Fuel integrated marketing arm of Messner before moving to WPP, where he became a member of the worldwide board of directors, in business development and marketing communications at Red Cell, based in Europe.
