William A. Camstra to vice chairman, Kellogg Co., Queretara, Mexico, a new position, from exec VP and president, Kellogg Latin America. Alan Harris succeeds Mr. Camstra, from exec VP-marketing and sales, Kellogg's U.S. cereal division.
