    John Squires, 40, to president, Entertainment Weekly, New York, from senior VP-consumer marketing, Time Inc. He suceeds Michael Klingensmith 45, now president, Sports Illustrated.

    Lisa Zakrajsek to VP-red and white marketing, Campbell Soup Co.'s U.S. Grocery Division, Camden, N.J., from VP-Mexican Meals Division, Pillsbury Co. She succeeds Gary Fassak, now VP-business development, Campbell's Campbell Sales unit.

    Robert W. Watson to VP-marketing and media, Newspaper Association of America's Newspaper National Network, New York, from senior VP-marketing and sales, Age Wave Communications. He succeeds Carol Karasick, who is moving to a new, as-yet unannounced position at Newspaper Association of America.

    Martin Schaus and Kurt Conner to senior VP-creative directors, W.B. Doner & Co., Southfield, Mich. Both positions are new. Mr. Schaus had been senior VP-associate creative director. Mr. Conner was VP-associate creative director.

    Peter McHugh to creative director, Hal Riney & Partners/Heartland, Chicago, from group creative director, Fallon McElligott, Minneapolis. He succeeds Jonathan Harries, who left the company.
