Arthur Kesteloot to senior VP-director of marketing communications, W.B. Doner & Co., Southfield, Mich., from director of automotive marketing. Mr. Kesteloot, who joined the agency earlier this year, takes on the duties of Mark Guleff, senior VP-media director, who moves to the Glennon Co., St. Louis.

Pat Sherwood, who headed the Northwest Ford Dealers Advertising Association account at the EvansGroup, Seattle, as senior VP, returns to Goldberg Moser O'Neill, San Francisco, where he will handle new business, replacing Bob Grossman, who is leaving.

Also at Details: Paul Jowdy moves to fragrance-grooming manager, replacing Barbara Gregg, who moved to sales development manager at Conde Nast Traveler. Mr. Jowdy was previously New England manager for Us.
