Chrysler Corp.'s Ed Brust, formerly general manager of Jeep-Eagle, was named general manager of Latin America, Middle East and Africa operations. He replaces Jonathan Holcomb, who becomes director of worldwide sales and marketing integration. Last week, Chrysler consolidated marketing operations of its Jeep-Eagle and Chrysler-Plymouth divisions.

Jean Robaire to senior VP-associate creative director at Martin Creative L.A., Los Angeles, the Martin Agency's first creative office outside of Richmond, Va., from partner at Stein Robaire Helm, Los Angeles.

Woodrow Cannon to VP-marketing, Digital Transmission Systems, Atlanta, from VP-marketing, BellSouth Communications Systems.

TradeWave Corp., Austin, Texas, named John Ellett VP-marketing. The former Dell Computer Corp. marketing director was most recently president of the Ellett Group, a marketing consultancy.

Stephen Curry was promoted to VP-associate creative director from VP-senior writer, the Morrison Agency, Atlanta.

Steve Lee has resigned as VP-marketing at Weight Watchers frozen foods, a division of H.J. Heinz. No word yet on a replacement.
