Keith Garton, 44, to publisher, Time for Kids, New York, from senior VP-marketing, Prentice Hall School Division. Mr. Garton is the first to hold that title at Time's classroom edition, geared to second through sixth graders. He will be responsible for increasing the title's 2.2 million in-school circulation and developing new products for the K-12 education market.

Dan Chasins rejoins Saab Cars USA, Norcross, Ga., in the new post of chief operating officer, from VP-product programs at the company's Swedish parent. Mr. Chasins had been marketing director at Saab USA before being promoted to Sweden in 1994.

Ellen Turner to chief marketing officer, a new post at Kinko's, Ventura, Calif., from senior VP-marketing and sales.

Javier Saralegui to exec VP-president, Univision Online, a new division of Univision Communications, Los Angeles, while remaining president of the Galavision cable network. Also: Lucia Ballas-Traynor to general manager, Galavision, from VP-network sales.
