Thomas K. Hernquist to senior VP-marketing, established business and marketing services, Nabisco Biscuit Co., East Hanover, N.J., from VP-marketing for the biscuit division. He succeeds Sharon A. Fordham, now president, Nabisco Global E-business unit. Mr. Hernquist won't handle new products, which had been part of Ms. Fordham's job.

Gary Moss to VP-marketing and advertising, Pep Boys--Manny, Moe & Jack, Philadelphia, from senior VP-director of brand development, Tierney & Partners. Before that, he was exec VP-worldwide account director at Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, on the Procter & Gamble Co. account.
