Don Skeoch to senior VP-marketing, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal City, Calif., from senior VP-international marketing and retail concepts, Allied-Domecq, where he was responsible for brand positioning and marketing for more than 2,000 Baskin Robbins, Dunkin' Donuts and Togos outlets in 60 countries. At Universal, he succeeds Janice Meagher, who remains at the entertainment theme park unit working on special projects. He reports to Bob Brisco, president-chief operating officer, Universal Studios Recreation Group, and Elayne Garofolo, exec VP-marketing.

James M. Splinter to senior VP-sales and marketing, Hormel Foods Corp.'s Jennie-O Foods, Austin, Minn., from group product manager, Hormel Foods Grocery Products Division. He succeeds Bruce R. Schweitzer, now manager of the Hormel Foods plant in Fremont, Neb.

Mark Walker to director of print production, creative advertising, Columbia Pictures Worldwide Marketing, Culver City, Calif., from manager. He will continue to specialize in creating newspaper and magazine campaigns for feature films while managing outdoor work as well.
