Chuck McBride to creative director for North America, a new post at TBWA/Chiat/Day, from executive creative director of the San Francisco office. The appointment appears to indicate Mr. McBride is becoming the designated heir to Chairman-Creative Director Lee Clow. Mr. McBride will continue working out of the San Francisco office.

Hilary Dart to president of Unilever's Calvin Klein Cosmetics Co., New York, from managing director for Calvin Klein Cosmetics in the U.K. She succeeds Sheila Cutner, who left the company. Ms. Dart will oversee global marketing and positioning of all Calvin Klein fragrances and cosmetics products.

Joseph Goltzman, 59, to VP in charge of Anheuser-Busch Cos.'s glass business, a new post at the company, from VP in charge of packaging subsidiaries. Succeeding Mr. Goltzman is Joseph Sellinger, 54, from VP-operations. Michael Harding, 49, succeeds Mr. Sellinger, from VP-plant operations.
