Robert Chandler, 48, has been named to head Seiniger Advertising Group's new Beverly Hills, Calif.-based entertainment technology division.

Mr. Chandler, formerly senior partner-creative director at Ogilvy & Mather, New York, will also serve as executive creative director at the agency. Both are new positions.

At IBM, Mr. Chandler was head of a group that helped develop IBM's corporate image TV spots using nuns and fishermen speaking in their native languages.

BBDO Worldwide, Southfield, Mich., has restructured its Dodge division account group and promoted three executives: David Rodriguez to senior VP-management supervisor of the large car team, from VP-account supervisor on Dodge trucks. Michele White to senior VP-account supervisor of the small car/minivan team, from VP-account supervisor on Dodge cars. Michael Suchara to VP-account supervisor for the small car/minivan team from senior account executive; he reports to Senior VP Allan Vernier, who continues to head Dodge trucks.

Larry Kopald to executive creative director, Ketchum Advertising, Los Angeles, a new position. Mr. Kopal left Foote, Cone & Belding's Orange County office in July 1994 as exec VP-executive creative director and head of the Mazda account.
