Mr. Sirvaitis, 50, is in charge of all domestic ad sales, affiliate sales and marketing and operations for the company, overseeing about 125 employees.

And he's got an incredible background in the cable industry," Mr. Glassberg said, adding that Mr. Sirvaitis' experience with the creation and sales of a new medium would prove helpful to him in his new post.
At Fox Family Worldwide, Mr. Sirvaitis was responsible for all ad sales-related activity for Fox Family Channel, Fox Kids on Fox Broadcast network, Fox Kids magazine, Fox Family Countdown Radio and Fox Kids Webnet. Prior to his tenure at Fox, Mr. Sirvaitis was exec VP-news at Turner Broadcasting Sales.
PROMOTION FOR BEKKEDAHL
Fox Family Worldwide, meanwhile, today announces it has promoted Barbara Bekkedahl from senior VP-sales to exec VP-ad sales, and John Carrozza moves from senior VP-sales planning to exec VP-sales planning. Both are based in New York.
In its May 11 filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission for an initial public offering, for the year ended Dec. 31, 1999, Phase2Media lost $5.8 million on revenue of $4.5 million. In the first quarter of 2000, it lost $3.3 million on revenue of $5.3 million.
