Priceline Aussie unit taps Ogilvy

MyPrice, U.S.-based's Australia/New Zealand subsidiary, named Singleton Ogilvy & Mather, Sydney, as its first agency of record. MyPrice is planning a multimillion-dollar campaign starting in August, prior to the Summer Olympics. The major branding effort will kick off in October. MyPrice will stick closely to Priceline's basic slogan of "Name your own price and save." Singleton Ogilvy & Mather also may develop TV testimonials with famous Australians similar to the popular U.S. spots featuring William Shatner, via Hill, Holliday, Boston.
