Rapp Collins expands in Canada

Rapp Collins Worldwide, New York, acquired Toronto-based Communicaide Integrated Marketing Services. It will be renamed Rapp Collins Communicaide and be folded into Hughes Rapp Collins, also Toronto, to form the largest direct and database marketing agency in Canada with billings of $100 million. Clients include: Sears Canada, Labatt Breweries, Mead Johnson, Glaxo Wellcome.
