RealNetworks to host Unicast's Superstitial ad format

RealNetworks and Unicast, developer of a form of pop-up ad known as a Superstitial, are pursuing several strategic initiatives to offer advertisers opportunities in multimedia advertising. They're featuring RealNetworks' RealPlayer with Unicast's online advertising format. Advertisers using Superstitials will be able to place a link to relevant RealAudio and/or RealVideo streaming media content utilizing RealPlayer. RealNetworks also will sell the Superstitial format as an additional rich-media option on the Network.
