SINGAPORE--Research International's regional CEO for Asia/Pacific, Singapore-based Roger Banks will return to the group's London headquarters in September as CEO of Asia/Pacific and Continental Europe. He will continue to oversee business in Asia-Pacific, with additional responsibility for Europe.
Mr. Banks has been with Research International in Asia for nearly three years, but was responsible for Asia for one year while still based in London before moving to Singapore.
The research consultancy is also adding two senior positions in Asia. Astrid Carl-Zeep, currently CEO of Research International Germany, will transfer to Singapore as CEO of Southeast Asia, where she will be responsible for Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. Ms. Carl-Zeep will be succeeded in Germany by her deputy Frank VoehlHitscher. Lena Lambropoulou will take over responsibility for North Asia, including China, South Korea, and Taiwan, from her base in Tokyo, where she will remain chief operating officer of Research International Japan. Prior to moving to Japan, she ran the group's Greek operation.
