RPA-O-MATIC, scheduled to open today (, features cartoonish illustrations and characters that help navigate users through a series of pages about the agency ("Chit'n Chat"), its clients ("Client-O-Rama") and its strategic thinking ("Secret Formula"). Another page, "Ad-e-licious," offers downloadable images and examples of TV and radio spots created by the agency. The site was designed by Rubin Postaer and Organic Online, San Francisco.

Heidi Diamond is out at Ameritech, seven months after moving from VP-marketing at Nickelodeon, London, to VP-marketing and advertising, Ameritech New Media Enterprises, Chicago. Observers have anticipated culture clashes as the Baby Bells turn to traditional marketing and media executives to develop new-media services.
