Salon boosts ad efforts

Online magazine Salon Internet has increased its advertising efforts with new offices, executives and clients. Over the past three months, Salon has opened corporate sales offices in New York and Chicago, and added sales executives in its San Francisco headquarters. It has also signed on more than 30 new advertisers, including Microsoft Corp., AT&T Corp., IBM Corp., Club Med and others.
