Site to license ad campaigns

Published on ., a Herndon, Va.-based start-up that sells ad campaigns, is awarding two prizes of $100,000 apiece to the best campaigns it receives by July 15. Spec and produced work for one award will be judged by Admine's advisory board, which includes Jay Chiat, co-founder of Chiat/Day and chairman of Internet media company Screaming Media; Edward Boches, chief creative officer of Mullen, Wenham, Mass.; and Michael Dweck, chairman-creative director of Dweck!, New York. Another award will be chosen by people who register and vote on Admine's site. Admine intends to license TV, print and radio ads to businesses, which can then adapt the campaigns to promote their own businesses in their own regions.
