Snelling Personnel Services, Dallas, on March 27 launches an estimated $4.5 million campaign to attract Gen Xers in this tight job market. The ads from Blanchard Schaefer, Arlington, Texas, will provide a toll-free number that connects callers to a staffing office where a recruiters will start the job-matching process. The two 15-second spots will run on national cable for seven weeks and then resume for another seven-week flight in late August. National movie theater ads will start during the second half of the year.
