Dentsu and Softbank Corp. on Wednesday announced their companies will establish a joint venture named Cyber Communications that will serve as a Web rep firm and interactive consultant for Japanese and Asian marketers. Cyber Communications, to be headquartered in Tokyo, has also formed an alliance with Softbank Interactive Marketing, a New York-based Web rep firm formed by Ziff-Davis, Interactive Marketing and Network 1.0. The company currently represents sites including AT&T's Business Network, Hollywood Online, Playboy and Yahoo!
