Sprint sells NFL pagers

Sprint Corp. has launched a holiday promotion selling NFL team-branded pagers that also carry sports news and game-day updates twice an hour. A print campaign by J. Walter Thompson USA, San Francisco, supports. The offering exploits Sprint's sponsorship deal with the NFL, a three-year program it began earlier this year for an estimated $30 million annually.
