Starbucks taps regional shops

Starbucks Coffee Co., Seattle, named Price/McNabb, Charlotte, N.C., to handle local store marketing, advertising and public relations in the Southeast. For the Pacific Northwest, Starbucks named Borders, Perrin & Norrander and Metropolitan Group, both Portland, Ore. Consultant Select Resources International, West Hollywood, Calif., will continue reviews for remaining regional assignments. Spending is undetermined. There were no previous regional agencies.
