StarMedia Network breaks new campaign touting industry leader status

StarMedia Network, an Internet media company for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking audiences worldwide, lets the numbers do the talking in page ads appearing in major U.S. and Latin American print publications. The ads consist of bar charts showing that Star Media Network generated more page views and advertising revenues than all other Internet companies listed on Nasdaq combined that report traffic and advertising revenues for their Spanish- and/or Portuguese-language portals. Page ads are currently running in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, The Miami Herald and certain trade publications. Ads are also scheduled to appear in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Chile. Heymann/Bengoa/Berbari, Buenos Aires, handles.
