Street's injury may bench ads for Nike

Nike is expected to pull the animated "Sister Slope" campaign it created around Olympic-medal winner Picabo Street (AA, Nov. 11), following an injury that will sideline the skier for at least six months. Ms. Street is meeting with Nike to decide the fate of the ads, launched Dec. 2 via Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore. Nike said Ms. Street remains an integral part of its women's sports and 1998 Olympics marketing plans.
