Subaru of America, Cherry Hill, N.J., introduced a new [email protected]
area of its subaru.com Web site. It will first offer owners of 2000 and 2001 models the ability to make dealer service appointments via e-mail and get recall data online. Owners of older models will be added in the first quarter. Subaru updated its Web site in July with more direct links to dealers and dealer vehicle prices; the upgrade resulted in a 400% jump in e-mail requests for vehicle prices and a 36% rise in site traffic.
