Talkcast selects customer management solution from Cyber Dialogue

Talkcast, a U.K.-based digital media and communications company, selected the Arc 360 outsourced e-CRM solution marketed by Internet consultancy Cyber Dialogue, New York, to integrate visitor data in a centralized database for reporting, analysis, predictive modeling and campaign management. Also, Cyber Dialogue launched a marketing intelligence portal for its Arc 360 platform, giving clients Web access to information, trends and marketing tools.
