Tambrands splits media

Tambrands has carved up its estimated $65 million global media account between Foote, Cone & Belding in the U.S. and U.K.-based TMD Carat. FCB, which handles creative worldwide, will handle media in the U.S. and all other markets except for Europe, where TMD Carat will manage $41 million worth of business. The loser in Europe is Rocket, the U.K.-based media agency formed two months ago following the merger between Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO's media department and PHD.
