Toyota Motor Sales USA's 25 local dealer ad groups in five southeastern states named four finalists for their consolidated $70 million account. Southeast Toyota Distributors, Deerfield Beach, Fla., said the contenders are: Gotham, New York; Grey Worldwide, New York; Omni Automotive, Birmingham, Ala., one of the incumbents; and WestWayne, Atlanta. Other incumbents cut from the review include McGee & Starr, Boca Raton, Fla.; Moran Group, Baton Rouge, La.; and Saatchi & Saatchi, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The client is among the largest private distributors for the brand, supplying 160 dealers Alabama, the Carolinas, Florida and Georgia with Toyotas.
