TW Cable adds marketing unit

Time Warner Cable Programming, New York, has named Linda Frankenbach to head a new Digital Marketing Group, which will produce and distribute interactive shopping and other services. The group will also work with advertisers to create advertising specifically for interactive TV. An interactive shopping mall, to be called DreamShop, is in development for several interactive platforms, including the Pathfinder online service. Ms. Frankenbach, with Time Warner Cable since 1992, was also named a senior VP.
