The Weather Channel's, Atlanta, is rolling out itsfirst offline ads in a first-quarter test using TV, radio, outdoor, cupsand dry cleaner bags. Ads will test in eight cities including Houston,Philadelphia and Salt Lake City. TBWA/Chiat/Day, Playa del Rey, Calif.,handles the account, with a stated budget of $2 million to $10 million.
